Our Mission & Values

MCC Therapies, LLC provides high‑quality, neurodiversity‑affirming pediatric occupational therapy services that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to build meaningful skills, confidence, and independence.

We partner with children, parents, and families to enhance quality of life through evidence‑based practice, compassionate support, and accessible services that honor every person’s age, race, gender, culture, and disability. Our mission is to bridge gaps in care by bringing specialized, community‑centered occupational therapy—once difficult to access or geographically out of reach—directly to the families who need it most.

MCC Therapies, LLC envisions a community where every child and family has local access to exceptional occupational therapy services that celebrate strengths, reduce barriers, and promote lifelong thriving.

We strive to be a trusted leader in pediatric OT for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism, by expanding high‑quality, inclusive, and innovative services that support growth across home, school, and community environments. Our vision is a future where families no longer have to travel far, wait long, or settle for limited options—because comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally responsive care is available right here at home.

Who we are

MCC Therapies, LLC was founded in 2025, with MCC Neurodiversity Coaching established in early 2026, with a simple but powerful goal: to support neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families with care that is compassionate, evidence‑based, and truly affirming. We are a small, growing LLC built on the belief that every family deserves support that honors their strengths, respects their identity, and meets them exactly where they are.

Our clinicians bring multiple autism‑specific certifications, advanced training in pediatric occupational therapy, and formal neurodiversity coaching certification. This combination allows us to serve the whole family — from clinical OT needs to everyday routines, advocacy, and identity‑affirming guidance — while keeping each service clearly defined and ethically separate.

As we continue to grow toward a full caseload by Summer 2027, our mission remains steady: to provide accessible, individualized support that helps neurodivergent people thrive in their homes, schools, and communities.

We envision a world where neurodivergent individuals and their families feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that genuinely fit their lives.

MCC is small by design — grounded in relationship, built on trust, and committed to walking alongside families as they navigate both challenges and celebrations.
